In the transformer factory at Siemens Energy in Nuremberg, Reportheld is used to digitize the assembly process for large controllable power factor correction reactors. We were on site and accompanied Christian Gronert’s team during the installation preparations. Two weeks later, the bushings were installed, during which we were allowed to look over the shoulder of Timon Hahn, head of the assembly and commissioning department of the Siemens Energy transformer plant in Nuremberg, in the Obermooweiler substation. Here, Reportheld is used to document the assembly of power factor correction reactors and track the project status.
