RESULTS AT A GLANCE
If necessary, Reportheld automatically carries out calculations. For example, usage and break times or materials used can be added up, multiplied or divided. If necessary, we also incorporate more complex calculation algorithms, for example to generate a weighted condition assessment from the inputs at various test points.
Elements must be categorized based on previously collected data. The inspectors have to decide independently which category the respective test point is to be assigned to. For example, whether a defect is a minor defect that can be remedied or a serious one that requires replacement.
The independent classification into a category can lead to inconsistencies over several periods. And even if the deviations are only small, it can lead to a different status assessment overall. Time and effort are being used in the wrong places.
Previously established points in a protocol can be revisited at another point. For example, calculations can be used to Define areas in which a certain value may lie. Based on this, actions such as a status assessment and the resulting recommendations for action can be derived.
Time savings in the field and during post-processing in the office.
Whether checkpoints are classified correctly no longer depends on the respective examiner, but is automatically taken over by the system. This makes the inspection easier for the inspector.
Internal or legal acceptance areas can be covered in this way.
Excellent basis to trigger further actions.
