With Reportheld you can check incoming and outgoing material using a clearly assignable ID, for example in the form of a barcode or RFID tag. This can be easily read with the iPad or smartphone and the storage capacity for this material can be checked. Subsequently, Reportheld assigns the material a suitable location and the corresponding storage area with information on the warehouse, shelf and compartment in a fine-grained manner. Your employees or the warehouse management system bring the material to the preselected location and scan the location with their smartphone to confirm. The same also works for write-offs. Material requirements are checked for availability and corresponding batches with categorization (e.g. first in first out) are selected for dispatch. In the case of a bulk order, picking is triggered and the products are booked out in the system’s inventory.
The dashboard offers you a quick and efficient overview of the entire inventory and the status of your products, always available and synchronized in real time. Inventories in which numerous employees walk through the rows with clipboards and pens are a thing of the past. From now on, these can be carried out simultaneously and completely paperless. This makes the subsequent summary of inventory results unnecessary. With Reportheld, your inventory is always up to date, suggests intelligent rearrangement orders to optimize capacities and creates automated inventory reports. However, should a manual inventory be necessary due to unforeseeable events, this is of course also possible and the results can be transferred to the system.
When an order is received, the inventory is checked for availability and, if necessary, orders are placed. This also applies to internal orders and assignments planned in the future. In addition, Reportheld checks the limit values of the materials, so that if they are exceeded or not reached, an order is automatically triggered or a warning message is sent to the responsible employee. The real-time synchronization of the data also ensures that all employees can access the current status of stocks at any time and double bookings are prevented.
